Calm and Mellow

Music video

Emotion regulation involves recognising, managing and expressing emotions in adaptive ways, and allows children to learn, socialise and engage in daily activities. Supporting children to identify emotions and communicate how they are feeling helps build their resilience and coping skills. AllPlay has partnered with Humphrey B. Bear, a honey-loving bear who, like every kid (and many grown-ups), loves exploring, creating, playing, learning, and giving anything a go, to develop music videos about feeling sad, calm and angry that can help children understand these emotions and recognise them in themselves and others.

Use a range of slow movements and relaxing music to bring some calmness to your day. Let's float down a river and watch the world go by with Humphrey B. Bear today.
